Shipping Pause Notice ✨

Dispatch Pause: Friday 22nd May – Wednesday 27th May

Orders placed after midnight on Friday 22nd May will experience a short dispatch pause while our studio takes a scheduled break.

Any orders placed between Friday 22nd May and Wednesday 27th May will be dispatched on Thursday 28th May using the service selected at checkout.

Your pieces will still be safely reserved, and you’ll receive your usual dispatch confirmation email as soon as they’re on their way. Thank you for your patience.

All orders will be packaged in the same jewellery box unless requested otherwise via a note on your checkout or an email to info@sundaymoonjewellery.com

Quality Assurance and Packaging

Every item from Sunday Moon is quality-checked and delicately hand-packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail, from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. During busy periods such as sales, Black Friday and Christmas, it may take us one additional day before orders are dispatched.

Within the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.95
This service is fully trackable and a Royal Mail tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order. Dispatched on the next working day, with expected arrival within 1-2 working days. This service costs £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95
This service is fully trackable and a Royal Mail tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order. Dispatched on the next working day, with expected arrival within 2-4 working days. This service costs £2.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - FREE ON ORDERS OVER £50
This service is fully trackable and a Royal Mail tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order. Dispatched on the next working day, with expected arrival within 2-4 working days. 

Shipping Options - Worldwide

Tracked International - £9.95
This service is fully trackable and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order. Dispatched on the next working day, with expected arrival within around 10 days.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided on your dispatch email. All items are sent using Royal Mail and typically dispatched on the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. 

Order Confirmation and Payment

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Your selected payment method will be charged at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services after dispatch. However, we will make every effort to assist you. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us at info@sundaymoonjewellery.com.

Delivery Address

Ensure you provide a valid delivery address and postcode when checking out. The address cannot be changed once the order has been processed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail we are unable to alter the address. Sunday Moon can not be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to this information being incorrect.
